We deliver medical equipment across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.
• Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 1–3 business days
• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are displayed during checkout.
• Promotional offers, such as FREE Delivery, apply only to eligible products or campaigns.

Order Confirmation

To reduce fake or unconfirmed orders, a Rs. 250 advance payment may be required for selected products before dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking information.

Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects.

Warranty Does Not Cover

• Accidental damage.
• Water or liquid damage.
• Damage caused by drops, impacts, or misuse.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Normal cosmetic wear and tear.
• Damage resulting from incorrect voltage or improper charging.

Warranty Claim Process

1. Contact our customer support team.
2. Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
3. Share photos or a short video if requested.
4. If the product qualifies, we will guide you through the warranty process.

Customers may be responsible for shipping charges when sending the product for inspection unless otherwise stated.
